Hi, my name is Jessica, and I'm a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner serving clients in Minnesota. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, depression, insomnia & sleep issues, bipolar disorder, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and trauma. I’ve been in nursing for 25 years and completed my master’s and psychiatric training at Saint Catherine University. I’m passionate about destigmatizing mental healthcare, and together with my colleagues at Lavender Psychiatry, I’m on a mission to create a world where feelings are felt, respected, and cared for.

My therapeutic style is characterized by warmth, engagement, and a genuine personal connection. I believe in establishing a strong, collaborative relationship with each client, where we work together to make informed decisions about their treatment. I have worked with a wide range of clients, including students, parents, professionals from various fields, skilled tradespeople, service industry workers, retail employees, entrepreneurs, artists, and technology experts. I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where each individual feels heard, understood, and empowered to achieve their therapeutic goals. Starting treatment can be a scary and intimidating process. I’ve successfully treated many people who are new to psychiatric care.
