Dr. Jessica R. Jacob, MD

Was coerced into a c section…trusted the doctor, only to realize it was a c section for her benefit and time, not an emergency surgery that was required, a c section is a major surgery and it was never discussed even once prior to labor. Maybe she only does this with certain patients. There’s better doctors out there that give you proper respect and time. Find a person that spends more than 2 mins with you per visit. If she does recommend c section while in labor, ask for a second opinion.

This facility is a fiasco. Extremely unprofessional. I went there 7 times in total and had a bad experience on every single time. This is my first pregnancy and for my first visit, I had to wait 2.5 hours. Other visits were 1.5-2 hours. The front desk gossips about patients and sadly they don't even realize they sit in front of the waiting room and patients can hear them. :( The nurse asked me my due date and gave me an attitude when I looked at the app to see the date at my first visit. LOL AREN'T YOU SUPPOSED TO TELL ME ?! THAT'S WHY I CAME IN ?! It's very inappropriate. Dr Jacob seems very knowledgeable but you can't see her more than 2 minutes. I want to get information about my baby from her but she is always in a rush and trying to get rid of you and go to the next patient. I'm pretty sure you'd get treated differently if you were in the same nation as hers. Seems like her priority is your money, not your health. Don't go there if you're not Jewish. You will be disappointed… doesn't matter what religion you are.

As horrible of an experience as they come: I called the office as an existing patient because of days profuse bleeding and was told the next available appointments was 4 months away. I asked the front to check with the doctor and was told the doctor "doesn't think it's a big deal and can wait", when I then said it is a pretty big deal leaving me unable to work for days, stuck in my bathroom bleeding through everything every hour, I was offered to schedule a biopsy, without the doctor ever bothering to talk to me directly, examine me, do any non-invasive testing, nothing. So if you want a doctor for whom it's either "no big deal" or go straight for invasive procedure because it's "holiday time" and "everyone's schedule is a little too busy" - then I highly recommend this. P.S. called another doctor as a NEW patient without having any connections, described the situation, got accomodated for an appointment, all the needed non-invasive testing, and a solution within under 1 months; so… yes, if you are not willing to settle for this disaster, there most definitely are better optons out there.

Dr. Jacob really went above and beyond in making sure I got the best care possible. I cannot thank her enough for really putting in the time and energy that she did. She was available for any questions, advocated on my behalf and truly cared about the health of my baby and I. She is a really kind and knowledgeable doctor- thank you, Dr. Jacob!

wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone. She is very inpatient, always in rush, doesn't answer your questions. Wait time is long. I had a very bad experience during delivery. I was a first time mom. Doctor was very inpatient, almost screamed at me because I couldn't push the baby out. I ended up having a c section. I spent 3 days at the hospital, and I saw her only once during that time for 10 seconds maximum.

Dr. Jacob was absolutely amazing. I work in a challenging field for carrying a pregnancy to term and had 2 miscarriages in the past; she listened and responded to my concerns with knowledge, professionalism, and compassion. Her office is busy and one can understand why; she is direct and honest with her patients. She was a light in my pregnancy challenges and especially during this Covid Pandemic. She is simply amazing! My baby was born at a little over 9 lbs and naturally thanks to her expertise and attention to my prenatal care. I cannot sing her praises enough! I highly recommend her!

if You want an outstanding physician who can make difficult decisions for you and your baby she’s your doctor. In a hospital emergency she took control of a situation in no time flat. She had the respect of of all the medical personnel in the suite. She patiently and calmly took over and made a difference. If you want a warm and fuzzy experience speak to your mother. If you want a Doc that can make lifesaving decisions during volatile moments I highly suggest Dr Jacobs.

Believe every bad review. There's a reason she has so many. Dr. Jacob is self-serving and dishonest. Every interaction with her was unpleasant due to her disrespectful attitude. If you are looking for a good experience do NOT go to Dr Jacob.

Do not believe any bad ratings on this doc she is THE BEST. she was so kind to me, giving me all the time in the world listening to all my concerns and answering all my questions. Dr Jacob is everything a doctor needs to be, experienced professional as well as kind a caring at the same time.

Dr. Jacob is the most caring, compassionate, brilliant Dr. she is a real gem, one of a kind!
