Terrible and unprofessional! Cancelled my Ptosis repair surgery after making me believe she can fix my left eye that’s affecting my vision and wasted my time. Dr. Lattman had her rude staff Michael call me to cancel surgery. She didn’t even call me to apologize or at least refer me to a good Oculoplastic surgeon that could help me and accommodate July surgery date. I found two excellent Oculoplastic surgeons but they are booked until September and October. I’m very sad about this as I won’t be ready for September school.

Dr Lattman did upper and lower eyes. I have never felt so taken care of from first appointment to after surgery. The results were beyond amazing only wish I did it sooner. Dr Lattman and her team are fantastic, caring and there for any questions you may have. This whole process was just seamless and beyond enjoyable.

Was more worried about her wet manicure than doing a proper consultation. Seems to think treating people like they are uneducated is appropriate. Sorry if I did not fit into the mold of your typical client coming to have their faces frozen into oblivion with Botox. Didn’t need your condescending attitude. Thanks, it was a lovely experience….

I have searched and visit many doctors for two years before I found Dr. Lattman. I was always nervous and not completely sure about having eyelid surgery. I met Dr. Lattman and after talking to her I felt very relax and calm about the procedure. I have many allergies reaction to medications, and we all were concern the staff and Dr. Lattman make sure that all my documents and pre-op was in order before surgery. I had an amazing experience without complications. The staff was caring and amazing. I look great and I am very satisfied with my results. The healing process was uneventful and her amazing staff help me During the process. I would highly recommend Dr. Lattman and her staff for the exceptional service she has given me.

I have searched and reviewed many doctors while looking at many before and after photos, and finally found Dr Lattman. I had surgery 2 weeks ago on my eyelids. I wanted a sutle and natural look and when I met with her and her staff she promised me that she will do exactly that and she did. I went to dinner last night and was able to wear mascara and my friends could not believe how natural they look . The healing process was so smooth with her excellent staff guiding me before and after surgery. I would higly recommend Dr Lattman and her staff for her amazing and professional service she has given me. I am 61 years young and am very happy that I finally did it. Dr Lattman is truly an amazing doctor . My son who is now 20 had an eye injury as a 12 year old that resulted in his eyelid drooping.He was always very insecure with how his eye looked and with kids being kids was often reminded how “weird his eye looked “ We discovered Dr Lattman having had seen her work .We consulted with her and she immediately made my son and I very comfortable and was very clear on what she felt would correct his eyelid . Shaun had his surgery at Dr Lattman’s private surgical suite . She performed a ptosis correction and eyelid lift . His recovery was super fast and easy .The pre and post up care is truly amazing . Shaun’s eyes are perfectly symmetrical now , he is just delighted . Don’t hesitate to contact Dr Lattman with any eye concerns . She is the best !

I'm so thankful I came across Dr. Lattman, she is truly amazing. She introduced me to Botox and it has opened up my eyes just like she said it would and it has given me this look as if I've gotten a good nights sleep even on days that I haven't, ha. Plus, no one can tell that I've gotten work done thanks to her delicate expertise. I've since gotten lip fillers as well and they always come out beautifully. The nursing staff was patient, kind and accommodating during my visit which helped to put me at ease especially since I tend to get anxious at any type of medical office regardless of what I'm there for. One of my best experiences with a surgeon thus far!

She's awesome and super cautious on what she recommends.

Dr. Lattman, simply put, is an angel in a white coat. She reassured me that she could remove three xanthelasmas (which were making my life a misery) from my upper and lowers eyelids and do so with minimal scarring while making my eyes look fabulous. She did! For anyone needing eye surgery, whether for cosmetic or medical reasons, this is the surgeon to use. She is kind, caring, skilled, and attentive. I know she has her share of celebrity clients but it is apparent that all her patients are special and important to her. Her wonderful staff reflects this same attitude. Put yourself in her capable hands. I promise you will be happy you did.

Dr. Lattman is highly skilled, realistic, caring, considerate, honest. She makes an extra effort to explain all of the details at every stage and her staff constantly follows up. She deserves 10 STARS!
