Jessica R. Lehman, PA-C, CCK, AACC

Jessica Lehman, PA-C, is a physician assistant who cares for patients with heart and vascular conditions.After graduating college with a business degree and starting out as a highway construction inspector, Jessica’s career took a turn after she fractured her foot. Through many visits to clinician offices for post-operative care, she became fascinated by medicine. She continued her quest to learn more and more about healthcare and medical processes, earning a second degree and passing board certification to become a physician assistant. Having experienced a rotation at Bayhealth during her physician assistant schooling, Jessica was drawn to Delaware. She and her husband, who was raised in Sussex County, returned to the state. She began her clinical career locally, working in an urgent care setting and in cardiology. Creating positive change in people’s health and making a difference in their lives overall is what fulfills Jessica in her work. She is passionate about …providing quality care to each patient she serves. Jessica likes spending time with the local Amish community and working to extend medical care to those lacking transportation and healthcare access. She also enjoys making memories with her family, being outdoors, hobby farming, going to auctions, and gardening.
