Summary
I am a mom of two teen boys, so a lot of my free time is spent playing chauffeur. My kids are heavily involved in theatre and choir, and my husband is an actor. I love to sing and dance, and have been trained to teach multiple group fitness classes, including Zumba, Barre, and Group Power.I practice from a weight-neutral, Health At Every Size perspective. My goal is to be a safe and affirming provider for patients of all sizes as well as patients in the most marginalized bodies and identities. I work with all of my patients to promote and amplify their health in ways that are accessible and agreeable to them, and I do everything I can to decrease barriers to necessary, evidence based care.
