Dr Jessica Wong Lim

I am not a patient, but I worked for her father, who was an ENT surgeon. He was a great physician and wonderful to work for. I can imagine she is just as great as he was as a physician.

If you decide to go see her, be aware that she might cancel you without clear explanations. She has cancelled me TWICE in a row and both times one day before. And, I had to wait for almost one month to reschedule. I have chronic cough, and her prescription didn't work at all, and I didn't even have a chance to see her for followup. waste of my time. I am moving onto another doctor.

She is a fine ENT but my overall experience was only OK. I had to wait over an hour both times I was there to see her and the office feels very disorganized. Most importantly, she does NOT return phone calls. I had to call her office multiple times for her to finally call with test results and there were many times I called with a question and just never heard back from Dr. Lim at all! I've never been to a doctor that doesn't return calls and whe also doesn't use the online patient portal.

Best doctor ever. I had a parathyroid surgery by Jessica Lim. Excellent results. I had no pain, no problem at all after the surgery. Even the next day I was able to do everything by myself. I had no problem with my voice. She is a great doctor.

Dr. Lim is outstanding. I went to 1 dentist, 2 doctors, 2 oral surgeons and had one surgery and still the lesion on my tongue wouldn't heal. Dr. Lim got it right! She did the surgery right and gave me great advice for promoting healing. She is professional yet caring and down to earth. I would recommend her to anyone who needs Otolaryngologist. Lenox Hill Hospital was also wonderful when she operated and everyone took my insurance.
