dr lucas was very helpful especially explaining everything. she did not “rush” my exam in order to attend to another patient. support staff in xray and clerical were also very nice.

Its always a joy to see her. She always has a smile on her face and makes you feel comfortable even and makes you feel better if you feel a little down about your progress.

As per usual I was attended to by proficient and friendly ppl at each occurrence. Dr Lucas was her normal happy smiley professional self. I appreciate her humane-ness and sensible down to earth approach and the language she uses.

Repeat visit and I have to say it was just as delightful as my initial visit. Dr. Lucas clearly takes immense pride in her work. It comes through in her body language, attention to detail, assessment, and clear review of treatment options. My treatment plan was co-created which doesn’t feel like it should be that special, but it happens so infrequently that it is something I value greatly.

I have never had a health professional as amazing as she was. I have dealt with many in my eighty years and almost always have had a great deal of positive interactions. I can’t think of a single comment to make about Dr Lucas that has any negative connotations at all. When you deal with doctors; no matter how positive the interaction was, there is always something that could have gone better. That was not the case with her. Everything went perfectly: I felt positive about everything she did and said. I am excited to have her resolve the issues with my knees, and when she does, I will be delighted to face future problems with other joint issues.

She listens and makes you feel heard. Very caring, as well as the staff. And very prompt. I was very impressed.
