DO NOT see Jessica Marino!! Whatever you do, choose another physician. She is flat and boring; she lacks compassion and empathy; she does not take the time to get to know you; she has no personality. In a word, she should not be practicing medicine of any type. Believe me, I know.

I called Dr Marino on 2/21/25 for medications refill. .Message left on voice .mail several times no response. Asked my pharmacy to Intervene. No response to pharmacy. Went to office on Fri. 3/7/25 to speak to office manager. .Made her aware of inabity to get med refll since 2/21 and impossible to speak to real person via phone menu. Was promised Dr Marino was in on 3/7 and meds would be ordered that day. Mon 3/10 Called office manager again...meds NOT ordred was told she was in a meeting, I think she was dodging me. During call back from manager I asked her if Dr. Marino was aware of my inability to get meds reordered since 2/21/25 She stated she was but "she is learning the new phone system" Meds were ordered 3/10,/25 On 3/18/25 someone from Dr.Marino's office called to review results of blood work done on 3/7/25 I now have a new primary care doctor who cares about my health..I guess Dr Marino is way too busy to apologize for taking 18 days for .medication refill, and 11 days to… review blood work

Provider was thorough and took her time to answer all my concerns.

Please find a different doctor. I was experiencing stomach pains and asked for a specific test that she denied. Another doctor ordered it and I finally got treatment. She also noted the wrong information in a radiology order along with missed other important things during our appointments. She doesn’t reread previous notes before visits and is very hostile and cold. Appointments are always rushed and she brushes off your questions. Wanted to prescribe me anxiety medications before running any labs. She doesn’t do thorough examinations and will leave you with questions. Please stay away from this doctor

Dr Marino is amazing! She makes sure that all of the key health checks are happening and makes me feel like she cares about all that is going on.

I don't recommend this doctor. Went to her to get some testing done and was told there was nothing to worry about. I was a bit suspicious so I crossed referenced some of the numbers on the NIH website and found that my results were way beyond what was deemed healthy. So I went to get a second opinion from another doctor with my test results. He became worried when he saw my test results and put me on a treatment plan right away. Long story short, I wouldn't trust this doctor.
