Jessica Monahan is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. With a health background rooted in functional medicine, Jessica’s extensive background in health coaching has granted her a unique perspective on how food, exercise, supplements, and alternative therapies can impact an individual’s overall health and well-being. As a mental health provider, Jessica believes that mental health is a foundational and complex system intricately linked to other systems in the body.

Jessica has experience working with patients across the lifespan who have struggled with depression, anxiety, and ADHD. She is committed to providing personalized care to each client, recognizing that mental health treatment is not a one-size-fits-all approach. She works collaboratively with her clients to develop a plan that’s tailored to their individual goals and needs.

When she’s not providing exceptional care to her clients, Jessica enjoys hiking, baking, gardening, exercising, and spending time with loved …ones. She is proud to call the Pacific Northwest her home and takes full advantage of the region’s natural beauty.
