Absolutely horrible Experience with this Dr at the ED at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, I have already field a complaint with the hospital and Board. Doctor didn’t listen or acknowledge any of my symptoms and wouldn’t even let me explain kept talking over me, didn’t even look into my previous medical documentation I brought with me as well as two CT scan disks. Showed zero compassion as I have been dealing with these health issues for months only recommend I see my family doctor and that my blood tests came back good so I must be fine. If you get this Doctor at the Emergency Department ask for another one!

I went to the ER with symptoms that had been bothering me for a while. I saw many other doctors who were not able to help. Dr. Monas gave me guidance and helped show me what next steps to take. She even called me at home to check in on me and see how I was feeling. She is something special for sure.

I was recently felt very sick so went to the ER. Dr. Monas took care of me and was so nice. Visitors were not allowed because of covid so I was super nervous. Dr. Monas took time to put me at ease. I was happy with my medical care and they made me feel much better. Thank you Dr. Monas!

Dr.Monas is an exceptional emergency room doctor. She accurately and efficiently diagnosed my problem. Her bedside manner was wonderful and she quickly me at ease during a difficult time.
