I graduated from Liberty University in 2011 with my Master's in Counseling, and became licensed in Virginia in 2015. Most of my experience has been with children and adolescents in the school setting, but I have also worked with adults and couples facing unexpected life situations in an outpatient setting. I enjoy working with people in order to find their strengths and help them grow and flourish into their purpose!
I have worked with clients with ADHD, relationship problems, trauma/abuse, grief, anger issues, depression, and anxiety. I use a strengths based approach as well as cognitive …behavior techniques in order to help you change your thinking. I can also provide trauma based CBT to help you work through any trauma that may be hindering your ability to move forward in life. I'm excited to be able to partner with you in order to help you find your true self and purpose!
