Super thorough. Took time to listen to my concerns. I feel like family when I go to Dr. Pagana's office. Dr. Pagana and all of the staff are very caring. I couldn't ask for a better place to seek care. I would recommend this office to anyone, and I DO!

Very friendly and helpful. Doctor Jess is awesome and her staff are as well. No long waiting time and always have worked with me from scheduling to my health needs. Highly recommended.

I had a very positive visit yesterday, Nov. 7, 2025. Dr. Jessica listens to my concerns, and we discuss my treatment options, etc. She is always open to my feelings, opinions, etc. This was true yesterday. She listens to my thoughts about my health, while at the same time looking out for my best interests.

Dr. Jess is always upbeat, interested and caring. She has been the most proactive doctor I have ever had and is always upfront about solutions to any concerns. I always feel seen and heard after a visit with her and her blood taking skills are terrific.
