So surprising and wonderful to have found a doctor that spends time listening to my concerns, taking them seriously, and looking at the “whole” person. I have never spent more than 10-15 minutes with any provider and have repeatedly been brushed off when asking about concerns about my weight and my heart because I’m relatively young and not morbidly obese. I’m so thankful to have found Dr. Ridgley and the wonderful staff that work with her. I finally feel I’ve found a primary care provider that has a true interest in helping me get to a healthier place.

Dr. Jessica Ridgley is very attentive and thorough. She is extremely intelligent and she researches intensely. She had studied the forms that I filled out before my first appointment. She knew more about me before I went in then my previous doctor knew about me after being his patient for a few decades. After my first visit she consulted with doctors (specialists) outside of her practice to acquire more information about my rare disease. At my second appointment she had a game plan. She treats me like I am related to her.

My wife is in the hospital, they are trying to figure out what wrong with her. You get conflicting information from the differant specialist. But Dr. Ridgley keeps it all straight and you informed so you can make the proper decisions.
