Agree some of the staff don’t seem to know their job or understand English I wait an hour or more every time I see the doctor . As far as the Dr. Rosario is concerned she always is aware of my test results and chart. And I like her, but she needs better up front staff and to schedule better. And they also have the exercise room and classes at the office location which is a nice thing

She is caring and follows up with patients. Staff is horrible and unreliable; although they are sweet, they don't even pass on messages or try to work with you to accommodate your needs.

She is the best I when to my appt. and she check all and every one of the lab test . Is been a while since nobody check even my poo in a lab and she send me to do all of them. And tell me what happen in my body and start the treatment for it She is the best she rock.

I agree with the person above. The staff has a really bad attitude and extremely unprofessional. If you go here don't be surprised to see extra charges being billed directly to you regardless what they say when you're paying your co-pay. Never received phone calls back regarding any billing errors and when I did get a hold of someone in person extremely the staff was extremely rude. As far as the doctors go they are a glorified referral service. I have seven referrals and two visits all of which my previous doctor treated. My advice is to stay away from these crooks.

The staff has a really bad attitude and extremely unprofessional. I wouldn't trust these people to treat a new sting much less anything serious. As for the doctor, comes off as inexperienced with bad bedside manners. Would not recommend to someone who values their life!

IF IT WASN'T FOR DR. ROSARIO MY MOTHER WOULD HAVE CONTINUED WITH AN UNCONTROLOABLE DIABETES AND A FEW UNDIAGNOSED PROBLEMS IN HER HEALTH. DON'T LET YEARS OF EXPERIENCE FOOL YOU. TALKING TO HER IS LIKE TALKING TO YOUR BEST FRIEND.
