She walked me through every single part of the process and was so patient and caring. She answered every question I had with compassion. Her student was kind and respectful. Jessica provides some of the best care of any doctor I've ever experienced.

First of all, I was already upset that I was randomly scheduled with a random provider. But then when the provider comes into the room she starts talking about this being my second miscarriage blah blah blah. No. This was my very first pregnancy ever and obviously with that my first miscarriage. I corrected her and she stated that she would have to correct that. Correct completely wrong information? It's upsetting to me that something like that was so wrong. I thought that appointment was completely pointless and very disheartening know that my "care team" knows truthfully nothing about me.
