Dr. Jessica Sciulli, MD

Very disappointing. Went for two foot issues, both requiring prescriptions. After 4 weeks, Dr. Sciulli's office still had not called the insurance company so I could get the prescription filled. Went to a follow up appointment today only to be told by the receptionist that I owed $5.99 copay. When I asked about it I was told they called me to inform me of this amount due. I explained I had never received a call and, if the woman didn't believe me, she could look through my incoming phone logs. At that point she pulled out some sort of log and said they left you a message. Yet, I have no message. When it became apparent I wasn't going to see the doctor until I paid the $5.99, I gave them my credit card. I'm certainly not going to welsh on a $5.99 amount due but to demand payment and then insist I got a message when I hadn't was unnecessary. As I really don't want to deal with people so petty, I ended up walking back to the waiting area and decided to continue out the door. No… one should be treated like this (and I won't even get into the other receptionist that just about barreled over an elder woman with a cane so she could get back into her window from the hallway. So much for customer service and I am going elsewhere where at least one is a bit respected as a customer and patient. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else!
