Waste of an appointment. I had been experiencing elbow pain for months on rest and it wasn’t getting better so I went in to Watauga Orthopedics. My primary had given me oral steroids which helped some for a few days but that’s it. My PCP said if the oral steroids don’t take care of it, then most likely the next step would be a steroid injection. Jessica saw me in the office and told me that area couldn’t be injected. Fast forward to now (a month and a half later) Dr. Aiken just gave me a steroid shot in my elbow. He was awesome, but my appointment with Jessica was a complete waste of time and money and it prolonged my pain. I have a newborn that has been painful to hold during this period. I wish I didn’t get set up with her and instead had gone to a more competent provider.
