I tried to schedule online but nothing was available with my regular doctor. I decided to go to the walk-in clinic because the website said the clinic was open from 7:00 to 7:00. I got there at 7:00 in the morning and the walk-in clinic didn't open for an hour. I told the receptionist that I'd be willing to wait for an hour rather than take the 10:40 appointment that was offered. She then realized that Jessica would be available as soon as she arrived so she scheduled me for that appointment. She checked with Jessica's office first which I thought was very considerate and I appreciated that. I waited quite a long time it was almost 8:00 before the doctor actually made it into the office, but I consider that understandable considering she didn't realize she had a 7:00 appointment and needed to take care of some things beforehand I still got in earlier than I needed to and was able to make it back to school in an extremely timely manner. The front desk was very receptive helpful did… their best to get me taken care of. I really appreciated Jessica's interaction with me and her willingness to explore and find the cause rather than treat the symptoms.
