Dr. Jessica Sophie Tanenbaum, MD

Very pleased with this doctor. Dr. Tanenbaum was able to find a way for me not to get a surgery, as previous doctors suggested, AND solved one of the major discomforts I have had for a while. My quality of life has normalized considerably following her advice. The waiting time was long but it was not under her control. My review is basically based on the time she spent with me and how I felt afterwards physically. She seems to be a young doctor but I would definitely choose to see her if I could.

When it comes to medicine she knows what she’s doing. She explains thoroughly what’s needed. However she’s very rude and inconsiderate on how she words things. Literally made me feel like I was dying when really it wasn’t even serious, also you can never reach her over the phone when you call and ask to speak to her, but when she finally returns the call for lab results and calls at a bad time, she doesn’t care and expects you to stay on the line while she babbles. She schedules patients at a specific time and expects them to change the time the DAY OF the appointment... um who does that?
