Dr. Thomas is caring, extremely knowledgeable and coherent in her explanations. This ER visit was seamless and informative. TY !

I came to the ER at Good Samaritan Hospital for complications with my pregnancy. Dr Thomas was the most compassionate, responsive, and most importantly knowledgeable professional a patient could want. She knew more about my condition than my OB! Usually ER experiences are a nightmare but she came through for me every step of the way. I wish she could be my primary care physician.

Dr. Thomas was through and compassionate, to say the least. Working in emergency medicine is a pressure cooker environment with patients that are at their most vulnerable. Physicians need to diagnose and treat quickly at the same time providing top quality care. Dr. Thomas and her team were exemplary in both their care and the time they took in my treatment. I knew the ER was busy and I don't know how many Dr. they have on staff at 2 am but I never like she rushed my care, took time to communicate and explain what needed to be done. I also found both Dr. Thomas and her teams' bedside manner to be exemplary, even when I was in severe pain and distress able to bring a smile. While medical treatment is critical in ER the ability to make me smile and put me at ease is something you don't learn in medical school it's a personality trait that Dr. Thomas has in abundance. If I ever need emergency care at West Hills ER I can only hope that Dr. Thomas is the physician on duty.

I find Dr Thomas to be caring and a great listener. I felt she cared about my well being.

Dr. Thomas doesn’t listen. My husband and I are elderly and we need to be heard and not discounted. We went to the ER for severe back pain over his kidney. We were there 4 hours and 40 minutes and she treated his cold. She was unwilling to listen to his pain.
