Jessica Wachtel, MD

Dr. Wachtel is extremely thorough and compassionate. She takes the time to listen to the patient's concerns and explains everything she is doing during the exam. She makes sure the patient understands the prescriptions she prescribes and the purpose of each. I highly recommend.

The only reason I am giving a poor or average rating was because of the office staff and because of the incredible rudeness of the resident who treated me before the doctor. I waited 45 minutes for my appointment even though they kept calling me in to come earlier. One woman, within total earshot, asked the other one, "Who is THAT woman?" She was snide about it like i didn't belong there. Not a great first impression. The resident was very rude about my inability to exercise and input a bunch of things wrong on the system. When I tried to correct her, she kind of yelled at me and told me I was wrong when I wasn't. I will go see Dr. Wachtel again, but I will not let them put me with that resident doctor.
