A board-certified family nurse practitioner with a doctorate in nursing science, Jessie Goethie brings a high level of expertise in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses in adult patients. There she treated patients with acute injuries and illnesses, along with a variety of chronic conditions, including endocrine system disorders, metabolic syndrome, HIV, weight management, and more. Previously, she worked for six years as a registered nurse in the emergency department at Beaufort Memorial Hospital (BMH) where she assessed and treated critical care patients of all ages and conditions.
Ms. Goethie, who was born at BMH and volunteered here in high school, also began her nursing career as a medical-surgical registered nurse at BMH in 2009.
When not working, you'll find Ms. Goethie gardening, traveling, or spending time with her friends, family, and cocker spaniel.
