Summary
Jessy strives to be challenged and creative in his treatment approaches, understanding that the recovery process is unique for everybody. He is a graduate from the University of Vermont for his BA in Psychology and Philosophy, and later earned his Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy degree from Thomas Jefferson University. Early on in his graduate career, Jessy volunteered and observed with the Philadelphia Hand Center and later earned his Board Certification in Hand Therapy. Jessy believes that listening to patients and helping them advocate for their needs is essential to providing good care, and that especially with Hand Therapy, understanding the full spectrum of functional loss.
