Dr. Jesusa Nvarro Romero, MD

A lot of things went wrong. When i initially made the appointment I wasn't told it was going to be at a different office, when i called to make the appointment they didn't ask what for, when i got there they had me pee in A REGULAR PLASTIC CUP, and their bathroom doesn't lock. The worst part is when i was waiting to be seen and was able to hear the entire conversation that the doctor had with her previous patient. Take in mind this is a OBGYN so the information is personal. Once she was walking the patient out in the middle of the hall she asked her if she was a virgin. Take in mind...that wasn't my business to hear nor for her to ask in a public area. Once it was my turn she began asking me questions and I politely said that I didn't want to be rude but that I was going to leave because I just did not feel comfortable being in an environment where the entire back office could hear my personal details because the doctor was asking everything with the door open. Once I said it she said… she understood and closed the door. I clearly told her that I was uncomfortable and no longer wanted to be there and she kept asking questions. I kept answering because I figured that was the quickest way to get out. Honestly this is so unprofessional. I truly hope if you go here the you have better luck than I did. I mean...I teared up on my way out from being so frustrated.

She is a awful doctor I waited to be seen like 2 hours

I was 5 months pregnant when I was referred to this clinic, I really liked the fact that she was not in a hurry to get rid of me like most doctors are. She was very interested in my past medical history, surgical history and etc. She made sure I had all my blood tests needed for my pregnancy that my previous doctor did not do. The staff was nice and the clinic was clean, I do recommend this doctor to anyone who wants a doctor and staff who really cares, because you leave with all your questions answered, and you look forward to your next visit.

I have delivered 2 times with Dr. Romero, and I do recommend this doctor to anyone who wants a doctor who really cares about you and your baby. As for the staff they are wonderful and quick at getting you in to see the doctor.

I don't recommend this Dr. Not good diagnosis, doesn't answer questions leaves the staff to do that. Seems rushed and very busy to attend to your needs.
