Dr. Jeta Zedek received her Bachelor of Science degree, with Honors, from Trent University in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, with Honors, from University of Western Ontario. After graduation Dr. Zedek completed a two year Dental Residency Program at St.Francis Hospital in Hartford Ct. Following graduation Dr. Zedek was in private practice between 2003-2007 serving both the greater Bridgeport/Fairfield area as well as the East Hartford/Hartford region for over four years. In 2007, Dr. Jeta Zedek made her dream come true by opening her very own private dental practice.
Dr. Zedek has received numerous awards, including the Academy of American Periodontalogy Award and the Academy of Dentistry for Disabled Award.
Recently, Dr. Zedek published an article," Retrospective Clinical Study of Pulp Treatment with Ferric Sulfate and Formocresolâ€Â at the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Zedek is committed to the value of education. She …enjoys taking continuing dental education courses to learn more and provide better care for her patients. She hopes to educate her patients on oral health to promote prevention and help alleviate any fears of seeing the dentist. Dr. Zedek is also  a member of the American Dental Association, Connecticut Dental Association and the Naugatuck Valley Dental Association.
As a resident of Seymour, She enjoys spending free time with her husband, Dr. Leor Zedek and her daughters, Mikayla and Ariel.
