Dr. Jewell M Baggett-Strehlau

My husband lost a considerable amount of hearing due to a work related accident. Our Neurologist sent us to Dr. Jewell Baggett-Strehlau, telling us that she was the best in her field. I'm writing to say he did not exaggerate when he made that statement, she is outstanding. The Neurologist failed to mention anything about how Dr. Jewell, and her staff actually treat those who come into her office, and for me that's as important as the medical service as well. I'm happy to say say that nowhere have we ever been treated any better than by Lisa at the front desk, and of course, Dr. Jewell herself. Throughout the entire process from our initial visit, various testing, and eventually getting my husbands hearing aids, our experience was by far better than anything we could have ever imagined, and my husband has seen a countless number of doctors for this accident. Dr Jewels level of expertise, along with her compassionate, and understanding nature was beyond anything we've ever experienced… from any medical provider, we knew with every visit my husband was receiving outstanding care. From day one Dr Jewel made Larry comfortable with both her knowledge, and her remarkable people skills. We live well over an hour from her office, and would drive 5 hours if need be to go to her, there are doctors closer, but that is something we'd never consider..We recommend seeing Dr. Jewell for all your audiology needs, it would be impossible for you to find anyone better... My husbands hearing aids are incredible, they've changed his life, as well as mine, and we will be forever grateful to Dr. Jewell..... DeeDee & Larry Johnson
