I was actually searching for her so that I could switch primary doctors. No one understood or took the time to explain that what I was dealing with was part of the process to feeling better. She understood what I was feeling and addressed it without be having to explain myself. The best experience I’ve had with a doctor. She showed compassion and understanding. It would have been nice to have her as my primary.

The key to being a great physician is to be professionally empathetic, patient, and attentive to their patient. This physician demonstrated the exact opposite. I just had a few concerning questions about my issue and she completely discontinued our dialog as if I were taking up her time. She left me to address my concerns with the nurse. I believe that I should have shown such impatience, discontinued our dialog; since I was the one waiting 20-30 minutes for her to come and see me. If this is how she treats her patients, then I suggest that she finds another occupation away from people. She needs to be in this profession for the people, not the money!
