Such a relief to have my dear 88 year old father under Dr. Gao’s care. He spent an hour explaining the type of cancer my father has and the best treatment. His gentle demeanor was appreciated. We left the consultation feeling my father is in capable hands.

Dr Gao is very concerned about each patients diagnosis. He treats me with dignity and truly cares about every concern I have. He is patient and very thorough with his questions and his responses to my concerns. May, his assistant, is very patient and thorough with answering my questions. Don’t mistake, this facility at MD Anderson is 100% devoted to every patient and it is obvious to me that every person from janitorial to Chairs of every Department wants each one of us who walk through their doors to know they want to make us healthy again and if that is not what ultimately happens, you can be 100% certain they have one and all done their very best.
