I would give zero stars if I could

The office is terrible. They dont let you even talk to Dr. Ma or anything. They want me to go to NY WHEN I CANT DRIVE. I was not told about another appt and then moved after a fire in my house. They will not send my records to new neurologist, in new state, by fax number, no, they are demanding I go there. I can’t do. Don’t know why I can’t do notary. Front desk is awful. They don’t know everything but act like they do. Dr. Ma needs to call me!! I guess I’m stuck at the age of 60 never being able to drive because of them

I absolutely loved dr ma! He was the only Doctor who truly took the time to listen to me and my fears. He explains everything and cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him and do to everyone I know.

Not invested in his patients. Does not listen. Seems in a hurry to get away from the patient. Very superficial examination.

I was referred to Dr. Ma by my orthopedic doctor. I called the office and told them I wanted to be treated locally and they assured me that Dr. Ma would and could treat my condition. I had one visit when he said he could not take care of me and referred me to a large city hospital. I told him no but he said nothing I can do for you and walked out of the room. Needless to say did not go back to him.

i was referred to an other neurologist by the ER. The day of the appointment, he showed up in the room. I couldn't say anything at the point. it was a 15min appointment. He didn't listen to my concerns or reassure me. He diagnosed me with depression (which I didn't have) and sent me home. He didn't even prescribe anything for my migraines or even schedule a follow up appointment. I wouldn't recommend him at all. Very disappointing.
