I don't really know how Dr. Jianyi behaves to his patients but I know that his secretary lady is fairly rude and very mean. I couldn't even make an appointment as she told me that I shouldn't have asked some kind of questions such as "will the visit free of cost" (because I thought since it's public related maybe the state covers it, anyways, I just want to be sure) but she responded as "how do you ask a question if it's free or not, YOU SHOULDN'T ASK THINGS LIKE THIS"etc. etc. etc. I mean it was terrible. How can you dare question my questions???? I'm a customer with a limited info and you are blaming me not to know something in a very unpolite and rude way... It was disappointment. This is disaster! She was extremely mean!!!!!

Service while there is great, waiting for them to send information to your insurance is a bit ridiculous.

I used to be a patient's of Dr. Z's for Suboxone treatement like 10 years ago. Now I seek his treatment for getting off an alcohol dependency.
