Dr. Jianzhang Xu, MD

Dr. Xu has been my PCP for 5 or 6 years. He has consistently given bad medical advice and prescribed useless medications instead of the medication needed. As a person with asthma, I have had numerous upper respiratory infections. The only medicine that works is an oral steroid and I need to be on that for a number of days. What does Dr. Xu do though? Despite my repeated attempts to have him prescribe what I need, he just gives me a steroid shot and says to come back for a second office visit in a few days if I’m not better. Three days later I’m not better. Call office back at about 1:30 pm, get voicemail, leave message, and call is not returned by end of day. All Xu wants to do is squeeze you for multiple office visits and throw roadblocks in your path toward getting needed medication. However, his staff is too inefficient to even get these unnecessary follow-up visits in a timely manner. I will not be going to him again.

I use to work for Dr. Xu. He's a very nice guy but don't trust him. He doesn't care about you but only your $$
