Dr. Jie Gao, MD

Spends ample time during visits. Is caring and friendly. Always tells me to call him if I have questions/ concerns. Have referred a friend to him and she was very pleased with him.

I found myself feeling both uninformed and uncomfortable at every visit. Especially when it comes to women's health, being condescended to as a patient and as an individual is an isolating and frustrating experience. I have a minor but recurring infection which was routinely dismissed by both this doctor and the staff. I was re-prescribed the same medication five times over the course of six months, and when I questioned Dr. Gao as to whether the re-infection had something to do with my partner not being simultaneously treated for it I was told to not "blame [my] boyfriend." I found my care at this office to be unprofessional, unhelpful, and costly.
