Very Rude doctor- when you ask questions, she gets annoyed. acts like we are supposed to know everything not willing to help. very disappointed.

Absolutely do not see this doctor. This staff and doctor is extremely unprofessional and is just looking to get paid. My mother was a longtime patient until the doctor decided that she no longer wanted to see my mother. Instead of being straightforward and telling us to find another PCP, they played games and told us the doctor was out of town for a month. They did this multiple times and still wouldn’t have been straightforward with us had we not gotten angry. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible service.

Stay away. Rude and unprofessional. Treats her patients with no respect. Does not follow up with patients regarding their results. Won’t answer their calls. Staff rude.

She is very rude and don’t know how to talk friendly with patients. Don’t visit and waste your money.

She is the worst doctor who hardly cares about her patientsAll she care is about money.She would make you feel as if she doing some favour treating you.She is not ready to listen to you at any point.i was literally crying infront of her because of her rude behaviour instead Of pacifying me she said she don’t want to waste time on me as she has other patients.please do not risk your life visiting her! She is highly un ethical and un professional.She will make you sit infront of her and embarrass you for visiting her for follow ups.extremely rude and highly non recommended.

Worst doctor and worst staff.she doesn’t entertain you in follow up appointments.She clearly told me she has more patients she cannot waste time on me.she was embarrassing me Whole time as if i have done some crime visiting her.Very un ethical very un professional .She will not care even if you are at worst of your health.She was very very rude to me.Think thousand times before visiting her.I will complaint about her for sure.Don’t risk your health visiting her.she is highly unethical rude person.

Honestly the only reason I went to this doctor is because her name was on my insurance card when they sent it so instead of going through the hassle to change it I figured I'd give her a shot. She is very nice, professional, and has helped me every time. She is not the type of doctor to over book and rush you along. The staff is very friendly and helpful, office is nice and clean. I was impressed, my wife went and likes her now too. I would definitely recommend.

Receptionist is very rude. Keeps telling you that she will call back with all information. But never does. And when you call again she is extremely rude and impatient. Her job is not even that hard. I hope Dr. Patel reads these reviews and takes proper action. Otherwise she will be out of business soon due to her untrained staff.

Didn't do anything to help me at all. Pretty much left me waiting for my symptoms to get worse until I ended up in emergency. Do not use this doctor. You are not a person, just money.
