Dr El-Hayek has been seeing me for over a year and is one of the most caring and compassionate Drs I know . He is dedicated and concerned about his patients . He gas a great bed side manned and really listens to his patients . His office manager Kristen is smart and helpful and kind . Dr El-Hayeks nurse Megan is on top of every situation . Upon my first visit I believed I was called from the waiting area, understanding that situations sometimes merits a doctor to be with another patient, or review patient matters, during a visit. I found the doctor to be very friendly, and humanistic.

Had a one pm consult with this doctor, it was two hours later before he graced himself with his presence, an a hour wait in the reception area then another hour in the exam room twiddling my thumbs. I observed him half way thru the exam room wait (as I needed to go use the restroom) sitting in his office next to the exam room looking on his computer. When he came in finally (oh and I am a senior citizen with the usual discomforts of age related diseases) he spent a few minutes asking some really rote questions, making it abundantly clear he had not even reviewed the medical history provided him by my ENT physician earlier. After a few minutes with me, he went back to his office to "review" my medical file, something he had failed to do in the wait of over two hours to first see his face. Not at all pleased with his medical acumen or professionalism. I advised him I was not pleased with the unacceptable two hour wait, he responding that he would try to see that my next appointment… would not be delayed so long.
