I have enjoyed the doctor and her staff. They are genuinely concerned with my health. The only drawback I have is they can’t give a time for their visit, not even early or late visit. I am home bound so I really need them.

Pathetic. Shows up without an appointment. Won't listen to patient. Had blood work done and refused to provide insurance information to the lab for proper billing. Sent a letter dropping my Mom and did not provide any reason. We're guessing Dr. Waite doesn't want to work with you but can't confirm because even though the letter stated my Mom had her services for 15 days they refuse to return phone calls. This has now left my severely disabled mother without a doctor but more importantly out of some of her medications. If I could rate as zero, we would! Don't trust your loved ones care to this quack!

Dr. Waite is an excellent doctor that took great care of my mom. She is kind and accessible, and overall a great person. I'm so glad to have her care for my mother.

Great care for our loved one. Downfall is the new director of nursing that will not let her do her job! Great doctor, poor director of nursing!

I finally met Dr. Waite as she had been the doctor at my parent’s assisted living. Her rounds were at dinner time and expected seniors to leave their hot food. She never explained her care of my mother nor did she reach out to family. There were weekly blood draws which seemed unnecessary. Seniors with hearing problems would have great difficulty with her voice. Changes were made with my mother’s care and a serious situation was averted.

This doctor wrote prescriptions and then didn't do the insurance paperwork for them. The pharmacy and I called her office 10+ times over the course of a month about doing the required paperwork, and the doctor's office only called back once or twice. When they did return calls they promised to do the paperwork, but they never did. This has left me without medication. I am disabled. I have fired this doctor.

She takes care of my parents in a nursing home and she's short with them, and not patient, understanding, not tolerant. They're senior citizens and need time spent explaining diagnosis. I wish they would replace her with another dr

Dr. Waite has been seeing my mother for the past 4 yrs. You see, my mother was at death door when I learned of Dr. Waite, the owner of Trusted Health Care, is a house call practice. The thought of a doctor coming to see my mother was so exciting. The first thing I notice, was not only beautiful in looks, she was also so caring. Rgiht away her assistment of my mother problems where decisive and clear. As soon as she seen diagnosis and started to treat my mother, I notice changes in my mother health. Before you knew it, my mother made a full recovery. I wish I had more space to express my gratitude and thanks. I wish all doctors were like her. Also I must add her office staff is next to none.

Dr. Waite and staff are accessible, skilled, resourceful and kind. Follow up is excellent and Dr. Waite conveys true caring and compassion.
