Dr. Badik, always listens and allows me to ask questions concerning my care and proposed plans. She reviews all my history. She Includes me in the care and follow up that she feels I need.

Scheduled an annual preventative exam as required for my insurance wellness incentive program. My insurance does not have a copayment for preventative services. Arrived and was asked to pay a copayment. Explained that I was there for an annual preventative exam, despite having stated this when I originally scheduled the appointment. Later, I received a statement for the copayment in the mail. Called multiple times and asked to speak with the office manager. Took the office manager two weeks to return my calls. Office manager said that since my prescriptions were refilled at this visit that my insurance was also billed for a follow-up which is why I owe the copayment. Office manager refused to make any billing/coding changes. Not the first issue I have had with this office. I pay a lot for my health insurance and only get one free visit a year. I did not get this benefit this year thanks to their greed and business practices.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Incompetent and negligent are the first words that come to my mind when describing Jill Badik. Great bed side manner, sure! But being nice and being a knowledgeable doctor who follows proper procedures and follow ups are two different things and I would have been better off googling my symptoms and seeking treatment from a toddler. Seriously, if you value your health and think you may have something going on aside from the common cold, then I suggest you find a real doctor and steer clear of this woman.

she was great..She actually listened, did a thourough assessment, have never met a dr with better bedside manner, i have told numerous people go see dr badik.
