My experience with Jill was very good at the time of my appointment, however, she told me to message her on My Chart with any further issues. I had further issues and sent a message early Friday morning and followed up with a call mid morning. No one got back to me. This has happened more than this issue on a Friday. If calls and messages are not answered on Fridays, then staff need to inform patients so they can seek other care instead of waiting until after the office has closed and realizing that they will not be receiving a response.

Jill Blanchard is a great NP. She listens and is attentive to every concern and question I had. She's very upfront and honest about options and asks questions that I wouldn't have thought to ask about myself.
