I filled out over an hours with of intake forms only to be denied because my drivers license expired 2 weeks ago! So because I need to renew my DL to be able to drive that has something to do with a doctors office needing identification? Crazy! Obviously this doctor is not someone I want my son seeing and I dodged a bullet. What horrible, petty people. You need to identify me, not verify that I can legally drive. Get over yourself.

The reviews I read about the office staff and doctor before making my child's first appointment were spot on. Why you have to leave a message and not speak with one of the 2-4 people sitting in the office doing nothing, I still cannot figure out. The fact that the doctor has barely spoken a full sentence to my daughter, the actual patient, is also a mystery. Finally, the idea that I should pay a "refill fee" because we needed to reschedule an appointment and required a refill before the next appointment is INSANE! When I questioned the fee, I was told it is a written policy and they must treat every patient the same. Point of the story: Terrible customer service and Horrific bed side manner!

Forced to take an unnecessary drug test in order to refill prescription for ADHD meds. Was advised if anything comes back positive then there w/b no more refills. If test is refused, then no refill. So if you smoke a little grass in college, no meds. Not a state law requirement, not a drug interaction issue, just an over zealous, judgemental doctor who thinks she is law enforcement. Privacy violated, seeking a new doctor after 2 years.

Passive-aggressive secretaries who treat you like garbage. No questions only medication. Hate this place.

This establishment should be shut down. If you take your kids here, they will be worst off. Very unfriendly, especially the man who works in the front end who thinks he is above and beyond everyone else, including the doctor.

The staff is run by family members. Dr. Bracken and office only care about one thing and that is MONEY. When I called about a prescription that was not working after being seen a few days prior, Michael (Dr. Bracken's son) immediately said to come back or else they will charge for changing the prescription over the phone.

We brought our son in for diagnosis and treatment of ADD. Over the period of one year, Dr Bracken only saw our son once. She made him sit in the waiting room while she asked us questions. From the information she got from us, she just changed the medications, or the dosages. Our son went through mood swings, social issues and depression. We didn't feel Dr. Bracken was interested in treating our son, but just wanted a payout from the insurance company. We brought our son the another doctor and the first thing was they took him OFF all the drugs Dr. Bracken prescribed. They prescribed a non-narcotic medication and our son has been a totally different person since. His grades when from C's-D's, to A's and B's. He has made friends, helps around the house and the best part is he now has a personality. He tells us he is very happy! I would strongly advise you to check other doctors "BEFORE" going to Dr. Bracken. .

I believe that the only way these folks are staying in business is through insurance fraud. My provider rep said, "oh them again" when I called with questions on copays and bills. When I confronted her son about this he refused to get on a call with the insurance carrier. The only way I knew that was he was looking at me through the window of the office. Save yourself the trouble and go to another provider. Your child will be better served and treated in a more ethical manner at another practie

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF.... YOU CAN NEVER EVER SPEAK TO A HUMAN WHEN YOU CALL. IF YOU DO CALL IT TAKES THEM 24-48 HOURS TO CALL YOU BACK. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOC TO ANYONE. OMG.... I CAN NOT IMAGINE THAT A DOCTORS OFFICE THAT IS SO BUSY AND CAN NOT ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
