Dr. Jill Braverman-Panza, MD

I have been a patient for over 20 years. Dr Panza is by far the best doctor I have had the honor of receiving treatment from; not only is she extremely competent herself but is able to offer suggestion for specialists . She is thoughtful, listens, and as she had been a pharmasist is highly skilled in proscribing remedies.

I would highly recommend Dr. Panza. She is knowledgeable and up to date in the medical field, great bedside manner, thorough evaluations and takes her time. You may have to wait a bit sometimes, but the quality care you will receive is worth it.

She used to be one of the best doctors in the Capital District, but she doesn't seem to care about her patients anymore. She doesn't spend time with you, talks too fast using complex medical terms. Ever since she sold her practice to St. Peter's, the place is like an factory. They will NOT go above and beyond.

I've been a patient of Dr Braverman-Panza's for many years and although her front desk staff has left a lot to be desired at times, her professional staff as well Dr. Panza herself are top notch. I recently was diagnosed with a major illness and her nurse practitioner immediately knew something was wrong, consulted with Dr. Panza and arranged for me to see a specialist herself. A few weeks latter, on a Friday night, Dr. Panza called me to ask how I was doing. That amount of personal care means a lot to me. I have been fortunate that i have not needed the practice prior to that for anything other than routine physicals or an occasional cold/bronchitis. I've always been confident that my care has been excellent. Recently, the front desk staff has gotten much better.

I had left this practice due to long waits in the waiting room for the doctor to call you. So after being away for a while; I called the office to ask if Dr. Panza was taking on new patience and was told that once you leave the practice you are not allow to come back. I asked when did this go in effect, the receptionist told me that this has always been in effect and could not offer me anothe doctors name and hung up the phone on me....rude!

A doctor and a pharmacist, all in the same person...now that is a valuable lot of knowledge. She is wonderful, staff is very kind and very friendly, very helpful. I am honored to call her my doctor. Smart, thorough, a good listener...I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Panza really gave me the time that I needed. She was an excellent listener, was patient, never did I feel rushed (which is a rare find in a doctor!). She came up with ideas, and was interested in helping me out. I highly recommend her.

I've been a patient of Dr. Panza's since she starting practicing. She and her medical staf are concerned, caring and very professional. I am in my sixties and have a number of health concerns, but with Dr. Panza's and Mary Ellen' Papandrea's(nurse practioner) help I'm am feeling very well
