After multiple procedures on and off over the last decade, she's always been on the forefront of the best technology to find the minimally invasive and most safe solution. She's kind, and answers any questions. Very, very thankful for her approach and skill level.

Avoid at all costs. I called about a second opinion from another doctor on a surgery. The surgery scheduler was nice and told me to get a referral from my primary care with "Ready for Surgery." So I did as she asked. Then when my primary care doctor called they told my primary care doctor to tell me I had missed 3 appointments and therefore needed to go back to my prior surgeon. I had not seen Jill in 2 years and only had 2 appointments with her that I went to as scheduled. I have no idea what they are even talking about. Instead of calling me they tell my primary care to call me and tell me? Does my primary care work for them, I think not. This is unprofessionalism at its worst. I won't even bother to call them to straighten this out as I have never seen service this bad.

I was skeptical about the DBS surgery at first, but felt I didn't want to keep experimenting with medications that impacted one symptom but had possible side effects that could impact other parts of my life. I had the DBS surgery nearly two months ago and am finding the results to be truly amazing. The surgery affected my right side only and I am hoping to look into the option of doing the left side as well.

She was an answer to our prayers. After exam and tests she felt I needed surgery. I thought I needed to have less pain. Dr Donaldson removed 3 cervical vertebrae's. When I awakened from the surgery I felt minimal pain!!!! I was floored and I have improved everyday since. She and her staff are the BEST AROUND! I highly recommend her without hesitation.

Terrible Doctor! I came out of surgery with no short term memory and her response was "wasn't anything I did". Seriously! She was the only one operating on me!
