Dr. Jill T Flood, MD

Dr. Flood was a waste of our time. She only took me and my husband's money. Because of the poor care she provided me, my ovaries became so over stimulated that they could have ruptured. This was several years ago, when Dr. Robin had just joined her practices. I really felt that I could trust Dr. Robin she said that if I stayed she would do everything in her power to get me pregnant but because my husband and I had lost so much time and money with Dr. Jill Flood, he (my husband) would not consider using the practice again. We have been married 26 years and feel that because of the trust, time and money we put in with Dr. Flood...is the reason why we are childless now. I believe about a year or two later Dr. Robin started her own practice which was also on First Colonial but a little further down the way. I found out that she (Dr. Robin) started helping so many people with having babies that my anger for Jill Flood increased and still is with me to this day. By that time, we had… no money or hope left to continue on. I would never recommend Dr. Jill Flood to anyone. I believe every bad review she has received on this page, and although I am happy for the ones who have conceived, I feel that it was a miracle, pure luck, and blessing that many others did not get a chance to have. I can't believe she is still practicing.

Extremely rude staff (receptionist in particular), office hours are absolutely not accurate. They claim to be open until 4, but they will be closed and will not answer phone often at 1, 2 or 3 pm. Exam room is uncomfortable also. They expect you to change in a 2x2 area behind a curtain which you will share with an overflowing trash can (even at 8am) of previously used gowns. Dr.Flood requires testing that other doctors have been referring to as obsolete/outdated.

I was seeing Dr. flood for 7 months and feel like I left with a lot if wasted time and heartache. Making an appointment is difficult, as I could rarely get anyone on the phone and there is no voicemail. The staff is very unprofessional. The girls that would draw my blood wore street clothes and no gloves with lots of rings and bracelets on. One of the nurses made me feel as if I had no business being there because I was scheduled to have a leep procedure done with another doctor. Dr. Flood and her staff kept insisting IUI, without finding out why I have not been able to get pregnant. I was quoted 3 different prices for IUI, ranging from $300-$750. I was repeatedly given poorly timed post-coital exams every month , then pushed to do IUI, still refusing because no other tests were done. I never received results from any of the bloodwork done. Male factor was never brought up in any of my visits. I had to request an HSG test several times before I could get it. I since then, have went… elsewhere and learned more in 1 visit than I had in several with Flood. I've learned that she is not thorough and only wants to make a quick buck. She talks sweetly to you, but unfortunately, sweet talk doesn't get you pregnant.

totally unprofessional, unavailable, and insensitive.

At first I was optimistic about Dr Flood.I really put my trust in her.The Nurses were very nice and helpful. But,Dr. Flood did not do ANY follow-up or try to explain anything to me.I had a lot of Blood work done and was left hanging as to the results of those test.It was like pulling teeth trying to get anyone yo explain things with me and Honestly I do not appreciate how Dr. Flood handeled me.

I went to New Hope before seeing Dr. Jill Flood and was told that my only option for pregnancy would be in vitro fertilization which is extremly expensive. When I met Dr. Flood she was compassionate and attentive to my needs. The staff was very friendly. My next step was to do an insemination, which was only $300.00 compared to New Hope wanting me to pay over $10,000.00. I got pregnant on my 1st insemination and am currently in my 2nd trimester. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Flood...she is truly a blessing!

Dr. Flood and her staff is a waste of time. do not go to her. she will see you just once and you will probably never see her again. Her staff lies and they just want your money. its hard to get an appointment to do anything. they will do the same test about 6 or 7 times. everytime we call they say there is no nurse or dr. flood isnt there, i mean come one the receptionist is not running the office by herself. you will be better off finding someone else. do your research about her before u start anything with. we have been going through this process with her for 7 months now and he have made no progress. at one point they asked if i was trying to get pregnant. again DO NOT GO TO DR. FLOOD SHE IS A WASTE OF YOUR TIME.

I'm currently seeing Dr.Flood for infertility. She recently performed laproscopic surgery on me and it was such a success that not only was she able to unblock both of my tubes using a procedure not to many doctors are skilled in, but I was then able to do an IUI which, before the surgery, was incredibly painful and impossible for me. I'm currently in the 2 week waiting period to see if we were able to conceive with this IUI but, even if we dont this time around, I know that with Dr.Floods help we will realize our dreams of having a child. I have full faith and trust in Dr. Flood and highly recommend her !!
