SHe is a good doctor. Very thorough and quick to pick up problems. She is very busy tho, so sometimes the wait is long. I've never had a better doctor, so I think the wait is worth it.

It's an understatement to say I have received a subpar level of care on multiple occasions. There is absolutely no follow up by the doctor or her staff, referrals are never sent after multiple requests, they can't even keep track of test results that come in (even results that reveal significant health issues), their difficulty understanding their own computer systems inhibits their ability to provide quality care, and you can hold for well over 30 minutes just to get through to someone. A specialist office I see won't even try to get records from them due to difficulties, and advises patients they should just "show up" at the doctors to request their records or referrals. I have never completed an online review for any doctor, but as I switch to another doctor, I want to spare anyone else from such an experience if I can share my own. Dr. Gradner has a sweet bedside manner that leaves you thinking you're care is in great hands, but unfortunately the job just doesn't get done.

I cannot imagine you are speaking of the same Dr. Gradner I have been seeing for 12 years. I followed her from Albany to Sartoga. The woman is brillant, keeps up date on new medicines, procedures, if she can't resolve a specific health problem she will find the best qualified Dr. to help you. She takes her time and listens. She does not give up, ever, on resolving a health problem. She is a compassionate and caring person. RE: Phone: There is a receptionist that answers the phone, just have to LISTEN to the choices on the answering machine. They pick up and you TALK to them.

dysfunctional dr. if u don't have health ins. thatoffice drops u like a hot potato there-fore discredited; dr. gradner knew me when i obtained insurance >IT"S ALWAYS BEHAVIOR FOR AN EXCUSE I NEVER IN THE YEARS OF DR> CETNER HAD ANY PROBLEM AND HE"D CALL ME AND WRITE MY SCRIPTS ALL THE TIME

Dr. Gradner is fabulous. She has been my doctor for a few years now and is absolutely wonderful.

Dr gradner's office is filthy and crowded; more like an inner city clinic than a very expensive private doctor. No one live ever answers the office phone and the prompts are not appropriate. She also failed to help or solve a health problem I had for six months. Also very expensive/ one blood test cost over $250. Call backs are rare. Lack of concern is very apparent.Recently I called after having been away for over a year. I had a potential life-threatening problem. Dotty, her nurse said she would not help because I was no longer a patient, even tho I had no other doc locally. Disgusting.
