Dr. Jill C Hagen, DPM

I chose this practice because it had good reviews. I don’t know how that’s possible? Let’ me start off with Dr. Hagan. She said I had toenail fungus and laser would be good for it but insurance didn’t cover, so she charged me 1150, that included the medication. She said her aunt Dr. Grossman was a pharmacist, she had her own line of medication. Dr. Grossman’s medications did not work. Dr. Hagan had to prescribe some other cream, which my insurance covered. Every time I went she charged my insurance and tried to charge me a co pay. I refuse to pay it. I walked out! Dr Grossman called me at home to say, I was Completely right to come back. ( I had paid in installments so she wanted the rest of the money ) I am still getting a bill for the co pay. I paid so much money for the laser which only covers three sessions. She had a girl that didn’t know what she was doing do two out of the three sessions . ( I don’t think that’s legal) Dr. Hagan had mentioned to me that you supposed to… hit the toenail with the laser plus the surrounding skin, so I mentioned it to the girl who only did the nails, she said “oh I don’t know anything about that”? So, I mentioned it to Dr. Hagan and she did the back of my toes with the laser. I don’t know what game they are playing but this office is terrible. Do not go here, the staff is not friendly, the doctors are not friendly or even nice. The first time I went there Dr. Grossman came into my room with dye in her hair made unprofessional joke on Dr. Hagan saying She misdiagnosed me... Dr. Hagen said “What”? Dr. Grossman said “ I’m just kidding” Dr.Hagen said “that’s not funny” How unprofessional!L!! This place is wacky!

Amazing doesn’t begin to describe Dr Hagen...she is thee absolute BEST!!!!She along with Dr Grossman literally has transformed my feet. 5 stars is not a high enough rating!! My search began on the internet in search of local podiatrists that specialized in bunion surgery. I came across Dr Hagen’s website who had many great reviews so I decided to make an appointment. I was so nervous because I didn’t know totally what to expect, but it turned out to be one of the best decisions of my life. Dr Hagen is definitely an expert in what she does. She was very thorough in addressing all of my questions and concerns. I had surgery on my left foot first and then my right foot the following week. I did have some pain after the surgery but that is to be expected. In my opinion, the pain was bearable and subsided a great deal as the healing process began. As far as the swelling, it wasn’t bad. Dr Hagen contacted me directly after each surgery (and on the weekend) to see how I was feeling and… to make sure I wasn’t have any complications. I could not have asked for a better doctor! To add her office staff is just as wonderful. Always returned my phone calls and answered all my questions. Tionna especially, is an angel!! She is so very warming and patience. She really made me feel comfortable throughout each office visit. My whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. I highly recommend Dr Hagen and Dr Grossman! You WILL NOT be disappointed!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Dr Jill Hagen and her staff. After suffering from severe pain in the bottom of my left foot for 1.5 years, I decided to search online for a local podiatrist. That is where I learned about Dr Hagen. From the time I first walked into her office, she was able to diagnose the problem rather quickly and started treatment Almost immediately. Within 5 treatments the pain began to subside, and after another 4 treatments the pain was completely gone. 3 years later... I’m still pain free!!! Dr Hagen and her staff could not be friendlier or more helpful. If you suffer from pain or discomfort and are in need of a podiatrist, Dr Hagen should be your go-to! She knows her stuff. I only have positive feedback AND I’m pain free!! Thanks Dr Hagen.

My daughter’s toe was so painful and she handled her so well the nurse showed her pictures of her daughters dance team. My daughter left with a smile !

Few years ago I went to her office with a chronic feet problem, she is great, today I am happy with the permanent results, she is funny, she loves to talk to her patients, I still remember one day she makes me laugh for a silly comment, she knows how to take care of her patients. I need to see a podiatrist, but I do not know if she takes my new insurance, I trust her 100%

I was recently treated by Drs. Hagen and Grossman for a painful case of Morton's Neuroma in my left foot. I was told that I would need a sequence of injections into the site and that this procedure would, hopefully, help me avoid surgery and a subsequent loss of sensation. The shot sequence is now complete, and for the first time in years, I am absolutely pain free. I found both Doctors to be professional and supportive, and I actually enjoyed my weekly visits to meet with them and their friendly staff. N Peterson Leonia, NJ

No Rating. Worst Doctor Ever. Wrong Information to scare the people and make them buy some expensive Orthotics. Can be a good sales person than a doctor. She has no time to explain or give solution. She explains the problem and scanned reports. I went to get solution for my problem, I dint need an expert to tell that i have a problem which i already know.
