I went to Dr. Hayes for a periodontal problem. Along with the laser gum treatment she straightened out my bite, which was putting stress on my eye teeth. She fit me for a mouth guard and now my teeth are no longer loose - fabulous. I sleep so much better without all the clenching and grinding. Teeth issues are never pain free. Dr. Jill Hayes and her staff made it the best experience possible.

I visited Dr Hayes for a 2nd opinion from a periodintist. The thorough evaluation and explanation she was able to provide in a brief amount of time was amazing! She examined my mouth and measured MANY different facets to ensure an adequate amount of info was gathered to determine next steps. Her confidence in speaking and knowledge of her trade was impressive! The treatment plan provided, gave me first hand knowledge in an easy to understand language so that I could make decisions for my care. Thank you Dr Hayes!

I can't say enough great things about Dr. Bassett! She has saved me from dentures thanks to LNAP, who wouldn't be grateful? She is kind and exhibits genuine concern. I was referred to Dr. Jill by Dr. Jeff Mortenson because I was in need of Periodontol work due to bone loss and receding gums. I was also referred to others and was disappointed and sad when they all informed me that I would have to have my teeth pulled and get implants or worse dentures. I was scared but finally called to make an appointment with Dr. Jill. Thank God I made that appointment! Dr. Jill was wonderful and told me all about the LANAP treatment! She explained everything in great detail and told me about my options and pulling my teeth was not one of them. She went over the details of the procedure and I was completely satisfied that I chose to go with LANAP. I started with the treatments last week and have had little or no pain. Dr. Jill talked me through these first two days every step of the way and made me feel more comfortable than I have ever felt in a Dentist's chair. Her kind and caring staff were there with me every step of the way too! I will continue… with my treatments with Dr. Jill and feel confident that this was the best decision for me! She is a wonderful and kind Dentist and I am so happy I decided to make the call to meet her. If you ever are told that the only option is to pull your teeth out of your head and replace them with fake teeth screwed in don't believe it! I saw Dr Hayes for gum grafts. She first examined my mouth and then showed me the teeth that should be done. She explained that they are needed to add firm gum and stop more of my root from showing. I had options on how it would be done. I chose to use donor tissue. The process was easy. I got really good results. She also showed me how to brush so I wouldn't damage my gums more and adjusted my bite. I didn't know these things caused problems but they do. I am so glad I had it done. My gums feel firm now. Oh yeah she also takes insurance. I called around before I chose her office and many periodontists don't take insurance. The office helped me figure out my insurance coverage. That part was awesome as well.

Dr. Hayes and her staff were very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend her services.

My dentist referred me to a periodontist in Louisville for gum recession. Dr. Jill Bassett tried to sell me and my husband thousands of dollars worth of gum grafts and I later learned through second opinions and lots of research that these expensive and painful procedures were not needed. Unreal! This dentist falsely tells her patients that they will lose their teeth if they do not get the work done! I've found the same complaints from other people in the area and also online. Do your research and got a second opinion before becoming the next victim. Gum grafting is bad science, can cause years of chronic pain and should only be done when absolutely necessary.
