Dr. Jill Johnson

I had 3 visits. One telehealth the rest in Person. I like to give people benefit of the doubt and didn't listen to the reviews. Welp it was that bad. I waited 5.5 hours of my like for her "help". All consistent of a swab and seeing her for 15 minutes max on all 3 visits only for her to make an appointment for me with someone else since it's serious. She claimed I never showed up for the telehealth appointment when I waited 2 hours. It was a fight to get her to see me before another week because they didn't believe me I showed up. I told her about me bleeding for almost 2 months and I've been out of the count hard to work dizzy. But she claims I did not tell her it was that serious. With the little bit I saw her. Listen to the reviews she's condescending, bad listener with no bedside manner AT ALL.

I had doc Johnson, as my doc for the first time last year. She was very professional, very friendly and courteous. She ordered test for me, when I didn't even know that I needed one. My referral was no problem like some docs would hassle you about it. Dr Johnson is a wonderful doctor with compassion. As long as dr Johnson is in practice I will continue to see her as my doctor. Keep up the good work dr Johnson.

I had my wellness exam with Dr. Johnson, and I was in shock as to how bad it was. She was mechanical, cold and rehearsed. It was like listening to the monorail operator at Disney. There was no warmth, connection or compassion. She did not treat me like a human being. She rushed through the exam. I can’t imagine going to her for something more serious than just a well exam, and my experience deters me from wanting to go back to this practice.

Jill was one of the worst Doctor's I have ever been to, she has horrible bedside manor and acts like she's too busy to care. At the end of my appointment she acted like she was going to check on something for me but never even came back. I had more questions for her but she sent in her intern to say goodbye. When the nurse came back in I asked her one of my questions and she said "you should have asked the doctor that," yes, I would have if she wouldn't have bailed on me. At that point I was so uncomfortable I just went home without having my questions answered. The most unprofessional doctor I have ever been to, luckily the rest of the staff at Lock Haven is the opposite of her - but I warn all my friends who are recently pregnant to stay away from this one.

I don’t know why some doctor lack of humanity, also you can think “they spent so many years to achieve the gol of being a Doctor so they will do a great work ”. First thing first when I’m going to a doctor I hope that they read all my info, she saw my c section scar and then ask me “what is this?” I mean, are you joking? I have been going to loch haven for 6 times and they have all my info, I found that very disrespectful and lack of interest. The appointment last 5 minutes, “she told me do you have a question?” When almost her hand was on the door. I mean people, why do you even study medicine if you’re not going to offer a good service. We are not robots.

In the short 5 mins my entire appointment lasted, Dr. Johnson was able to make me feel as if I wasted her time because my symptoms weren’t visible, deduce my pain to it being a mental problem, and tell me the lab required by my insurance was “weird”. I will never visit this practice again.

Dr. Johnson has been very thorough, easy to understand and accessible in my visits & follow ups. I am hopeful that my upcoming surgery is clear and successful.
