Dr. Jill Elizabeth Kalcich, MD

I did a search for a functional doctor not expecting to find one nearby. I was very excited when I found Dr Kalcich. I just had my consultation with her and for the first time in years I feel hopeful about my health. She took time to listen to all I had to say and then explained, with drawings, exactly what was happening to me and why. I have had thyroid problems my entire adult life and she is the first doctor who ordered a complete thyroid panel blood test. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to find the cause of their health problems and try to eliminate them, rather than putting a bandage (meds) on to try to control the problem.

This doctor promotes a holistic approach to health and healing, but she doesn't accept Medicaid patients. This sort of elitism in public health care is unconscionable. May the richer population be healthy. May the poor fend for themselves, is the apparent motto here.

Being a massage therapist, I appreciate a medical doctor with a holistic approach and background. I see good things for her and her patients in her future prctice. We're lucky to have her.
