Dr. Jill Michaela Kingston, MD

Kingston did not care about my health, or my concerns when she had diagnosed me with a uterine fibroid. It’s a little big for my age, and I have never been diagnosed with anything in my life other than good health so I was scared. I asked her questions about it, which she did not answer. She was so quick to want to get me into surgery, saying that was my only option and it’s not. You should always look at surgery as your last option. She put me on birth control pills, and told me to get on this one pill that would cost me $800. Later I got a bill for $5,000, she made a mistake in telling me that pill was $800 when it wasn’t. I would never have gotten it if I knew the real price was $5,000, that was her mistake not mine. So I had to have a meeting with the director who was understanding and amazing, he fixed my bill. Kingston’s bedside manners are awful, she only cares about money, not you, not your health, and not your concerns. I was looking into a different doctor until I got a… letter saying Kingston had quit, I believe she was let go or fired because I have heard other people with complaints about her as well. Because of how she handled my situation and did not care for me, I get extremely nervous going to the doctor now.

Dr Kingston did not want to continue to give me pain meds when my pain was severe. So in turn I had the full hysterectomy because the pain was unbearable. After my surgery I went 6 months without being regulated on any type of hormones. I felt like I was going crazy. I was not able to sleep and the hot flashes were severe. As a doctor, she should have known to put me on pain medications. I feel like she cashed out on my surgery but wasn't worried about my well being.

Dr. Kingston does not listen when a patient feels there is something wrong. I begged her to re-examine me after my D&C and she wouldn't. It turned out I had Asherman's Syndrome, caused by the two D&Cs she performed on me after my miscarriage. She claimed she was treating me the same way she would her mother or sister. I doubt that.
