Dr. Jill Jayson Ladd, MD

Dr. Ladd was my doctor for 30 years. There are no better physicians. Dr. Ladd may appear serious, but she is indeed caring and very knowledgeable.

Dr.Ladd is great with diagnosing problems and prescribing medication. However, she has absolutely no people skills. She never smiles or looks at you. She does not ask questions or spend time with patients. I recently had a well woman exam and after my pap she was out the door. She did not check my breast or ask if I had any concerns. I have tried another doctor at this practice and got the same beside manner. The medical assistants are also rude. Im looking for a new OB/GYN. I can't imagine going to this practice if I become pregnant again.

Dr. Ladd is a wonderful OB/GYN physician. She has been my GYN physicial for over 30 years. I have referred many women to her. They all like her and are still going to her. She is very thorough and always making recommendations in your best interest for example where some physicians would recommend major surgery first, Dr. Ladd would explain in detail your medical condition and advise you of the treatments you can consider and air on the less invasive treatment/procedure. Follow-up and return calls were when needed were timely received. I continue to refer women to her, she knows her bussines, cares for you, and she is one you can trust. One more thing is that waiting times were only extended if whe was detained at the hospital caring for a patient or delivering a precious little one.

Wait time was ridiculous. I felt that if she was running late, I should have been called and been given option to reschedule, see another doctor or wait for her. And it would have helped if the staff informed me when I got there rather than tell me after 30+ minutes. Completely inconsiderate of my time.

I have been seeing Dr. Ladd for over 20 years and have referred several friends who are very satisfied with her. During menopause I had extreme amounts of bleeding with an endless peroid. Through her guidiance/expetise I made it through without having an hystorectomy.

Front office staff are rude, surly and treat patients like cattle. If I were in charge of these cretins I'd fire them all including the bellicose office manager.

The front desk staff NOT nice at all, they seem to treat people like trash,
