Dr. Jill Deborah Landis, MD

I’ve been a patient of Dr Landis for many years she’s been great at treating and keeping my medical condition under control. I’m sorry she is leaving her Westmed practice, she is an outstanding and caring physician.

Dr. Jill Landis is a rude, unprofessional, clueless "doctor". She offers poor guidance and does not care about her patients. Thank the lord I got a 2'nd opinion.

She is an excellent doctor. Very professional, pleasant, courteous and caring. Always reaches out to her patients. Making sure they are doing well. I see her at 2 locations with Westmed GROUP. On my first visit she knew what my DIAGNOSE was. And discussed everything thing with me. Regarding my medical issues. On point Doctor

Dr. Landis if she really is a doctor totally neglected me as a patient. I strongly recommend WestMed monitors her. No chance I am ever using westmed again

Horrible service and advice

Very rude medical assistant, yelled and snapped at me on the phone. I called twice, and never got a call back and she blamed me for not calling to make the appointment. And she faked caring for my well being.

Dr Landis as an individual is smart and I believe she is a good physician. However, her bedside manner could be better. She's quick. Her support staff is rude and unfortunately that is a reflection on her.

Her office is very unprofessional and doesn't return messages/calls no matter how many you leave. It was almost laughable how often messages we're ignored. I was a new patient to Dr. Jill Landis's office. Shortly after visiting her i had a flare up and called her office to get advice, 3 phone calls later, no callback. On my next visit she claimed she never received them, i believed her. I left FMLA papers with her office, it took over a week to get them completed with several follow-up phone calls (3 calls and 1 email to be exact) and no callbacks. Lastly, the FMLA company needed more information and tried reaching out to her office with no callbacks (they called 3 times, i called 2 times and sent an email). They closed my claim because she was unreachable. I went to her office to inquire about what happened and the nurse was argumentative telling me the doctor doesn't have time for this. I insisted she correct the papers for the claim and waited 3 hrs for her to fill in 2… questions on the form and even then she didn't fill them in properly. The doctor was not helpful and argued with me once i instructed her on what the FMLA company was looking for. Oh and lastly, because the series of misfortunate events doesn't end, she put me on a new med which made me pretty sick. I emailed her my side effects and she advised i stay on them. While i was waiting the 3 hours for her to fill out the forms, she noticed how sick i was and said i should go off the meds (well too late, because when she said i should stay on them i took my next dose). I told her you knew i was sick and told me to take them anyway, now she changed her mind. You've got to be kidding me. I have found a new doctor and will never return to Dr. Jill Landis's office, i recommend you don't either. Save yourself the headache.

Dr. Landis is an excellent doctor. I have been on a medication for my lupus with Sjogren's symdrome and inflammatory arthritis for a few months. It is no longer working to control my symptoms. I'm fortunate to not have any joint damage and to prevent damage from happening Dr. Landis has changed my medication.Dr. Landis always listens, answers all my questions, returns my phone calls and/or emails.She is an excellent doctor and I have already recommended her to one of my friends.Thank you Dr. Landis for giving me the privilege of being your patient.

DO NOT SEE THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR. I was on predisone and told her so at the time of the visit. She took blood work to see if I had RA. it took 2 weeks for the results which were INCONCLUSIVE since I was on a steroid. She wants to give me meds for RA even though she could not tell if I have it or not. Waste of time. Thanks for nothing I now have to go to a real RA doctor AS I STILL SUFFER. Jill, you should be ashamed of yourself and go back to school and learn HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PATIENTS.
