My family of 5 were all seen here for 10 years until we seen Christy and she miss dignosed or ignored diagnosing my son. When I questioned her he assistant because she wouldn't talk to me , we were all discharged from the practice for breakdown in communication. Then they wanted to charge us over a hundred dollars a person to transfer records. We loved Dr. Jill and never had any issues. She was amazing when you could get an appointment with her.

Dr Larkin is a very attentive and caring physician. She is medically up to date on medicines and procedures. She never hesitates referring her patients to other doctors and always stresses getting reports from patients' other medical providers.

I have been a patient of Dr. Larkin's my entire life. Up until adulthood I thought she was great. Her office is no longer friendly and her PA is not efficient nor friendly. It is also very hard to see the actual doctor herself. I decided to change family doctors as I am no longer happy there. I was charged $74 to retrieve MY medical records from their office. She seems to care about her income more than her patients.

WOW, we really should had read the reviews about this doctors office!!!! STAY AWAY!!! We are new to the Perry area and needed a new family doctor. Nice building but NOT friendly staff!! We had the same experience as others that wrote reviews. The office staff is horribly rude I was told I was gonna see the actual doctor and then when I asked about it the girl that did my blood pressure and vitals was very snotty and explain to me that the PA is just as qualified. Which most are I will agree with that but when you're told as a new patient you are going to see the doctor and in they switch it and then get nasty when you ask about it not very good 1st impression. I went in for some chest discomfort and may sent me to a lab and they did $2000 worth of lab work which was totally unnecessary when asked other physicians of the same situation. Then never sent us a bill Then was nasty to my wife when she went there for her 1st time. My wife broke her tailbone and had an X-ray from urgent… care they did not even show her the X-ray and just said Yup it's fractured. She did not feel comfortable with the diagnosis she went to a different doctor they not only shoulder the X-ray but made an appointment for an orthopedic surgeon because it needed to be seen. My wife went back for a second appointment where they were supposed to fax over her disability form to her employer 20 days later they did finally did send a fax with the nothing that was requested that they needed. The office manager is by far the rudest her name is Linda good luck with dealing with her, she told my wife that they can't just help her out and that they get at it at their own time. We have recorded calls with the office if anybody wants to hear I'm I'll send them to you of how rude they are when it comes to patients. They charge more than any other doctors office we've ever been to it's actually cheaper to go to urgent care than it is to see them. We are so upset that at office would not help their patients. Read the rest the reviews of this place before you make a decision to deal with this office. We will be filing a complaint with the state of Michigan medical board, department of human affairs, Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General. People need to know about this place . We got a letter the next day stating they would not be providing care for our family. I guess you cant ask questions

I have been with this office for 5+ years, only once have I seen Dr. Larkin and my husband and daughter never seen her, it was always the PA but I'm sure my insurance paid for a Dr. and I paid my copay every time. Now we had to move out of state because of our employment and they are charging me .35 cents a page for my med. records to be transferred. UNBELIEVEABLE! Beware its about the $ not the care!

My relationship with this doctor was good for several years, and I was VERY satisfied. Her PA, however, is another story. She is TOTALLY inept! Our whole family avoided seeing her at all costs, unless it was a minor medical issue, and the doctor was unavailable. When staff started changing (to rude, incompetent, and unprofessional) and my health started to deteriorate requiring an astute doctor to figure it out, things started turning south VERY quickly! I received a polar opposite diagnosis of what was really going on. I became sicker and sicker until I was barely functioning. The medical assistant even tried to take me off of a vital med I was taking! I knew it was incorrect and refused to do it! I promptly requested a referral to a specialist. While they acted very "put out" by this, they begrudgingly gave me one. The specialist was totally taken back by the ignorant diagnosis I received! He recognized right away, from my clinical presentation, that I was totally under medicated! He… changed my meds around and within 6 weeks I felt normal again! After several other SERIOUS issues occurred we had totally had it with Dr. Larkin! They were also very hit and miss on getting back with me concerning blood work. I have to get blood drawn frequently, and many times I had to call to request results, as it was vitall to how many milligrams of my med I took.

The appointment staff got me in next day.. Everyone very nice .. Dr too! She took time to answer my questions .. Clinic is very clean and very nice.. They use pillow covers that are appropriate for the season .. so nice to see this..
